**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Teaching and Curriculum Delivery**:

- Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging English lessons that cover basic language skills such as phonics, grammar, vocabulary, reading comprehension, and writing.
- Use creative teaching methods, including storytelling, role-playing, and visual aids, to make learning English enjoyable and accessible for young learners.
- Align lessons with the school’s curriculum and educational standards.
- **Student Assessment and Feedback**:

- Design and administer age-appropriate assessments, quizzes, and assignments to track student progress.
- Provide constructive feedback to students to help them improve in reading, writing, and verbal communication.
- Identify and support students who may need additional help with language skills.
- **Classroom Management**:

- Maintain a positive, organized, and disciplined classroom environment that encourages participation and respect among students.
- Implement classroom rules and routines to ensure a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Foster a safe and supportive environment that promotes learning and creativity.
- **Student Engagement and Development**:

- Encourage an appreciation for literature through age-appropriate stories, poems, and other reading materials.
- Promote reading habits and creativity through storytelling, book discussions, and interactive writing exercises.
- Develop and support the improvement of communication skills among students.
- **Collaboration and Professional Development**:

- Participate in school meetings, parent-teacher conferences, and other events as needed.
- Collaborate with colleagues to align lesson plans, share teaching resources, and discuss effective teaching strategies.
- Engage in professional development to stay updated on best practices in primary English education.
- **Parent and Guardian Communication**:

- Communicate with parents and guardians regarding students’ progress, strengths, and areas for improvement.
- Keep parents informed about classroom activities, assignments, and upcoming assessments.

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Teaching: 2 years (preferred)
