**Job Title: Junior Zoho Administrator**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Assist in the implementation, customization, and optimization of Zoho CRM, Forms, Flow, Analytics, and Creator to meet the organization's specific requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business processes and translate them into effective Zoho solutions
- Configure and maintain Zoho platform-related solutions to ensure optimal performance, data accuracy, and usability
- Provide end-user support, troubleshoot issues, and deliver timely resolutions for Zoho platform-related problems
- Conduct user training sessions to educate employees on Zoho platform-related solutions, promoting best practices and driving user adoption
- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, portal pages, and analytics using Zoho Analytics to provide meaningful insights and data visualization
- Collaborate with Zoho support and development teams to escalate and resolve complex technical issues related to Zoho platform-related problems
- Stay up to date with the latest Zoho platform updates, features, and releases, and provide recommendations for process improvements and system enhancements
- Contribute to ongoing projects and initiatives aimed at optimizing and expanding the use of Zoho platform-related solutions
- Compliance with Glomi Naturals Pvt Ltd Policies and Procedures and other duties as assigned

**Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Familiarity with Zoho CRM, Forms, Flow, Analytics, and Creator, either through education, certifications, or prior experience, is required
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with strong attention to detail
- Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript is a plus
- Familiarity with software development methodologies and best practices
- Understanding of API integrations, best practices, and methodologies
- Familiarity with flowchart software like Lucidchart, Microsoft Visio, Textografo, etc., for process mapping and optimization is a plus
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong desire to learn and keep up with emerging trends in the Zoho ecosystem
- Ability to communicate with students, staff, and colleagues; read academic texts and materials, student papers, etc.; operate a personal computer and audio-visual equipment; stand or sit for up to one to three hours at a time; drive to off-site meetings or conferences or to observe student interns; move around campus for classes and meetings.
