We are looking for a skilled Zoho Developer with 3 to 5 years of experience to design, develop, and implement Zoho applications and solutions that streamline business processes and enhance productivity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Zoho platforms, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Analytics, and the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize Zoho applications and solutions to meet business needs and improve efficiency across various departments.
  • Design and implement Zoho CRM configurations, workflows, modules, and integrations with third-party applications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and recommend Zoho solutions that align with organizational goals.
  • Conduct system testing, debugging, and troubleshooting to ensure the quality and reliability of Zoho applications.
  • Provide technical support and training to end users to facilitate effective adoption and utilization of Zoho platforms.
  • Stay up-to-date on Zoho product updates, new features, and best practices to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Lead Zoho development projects from conception to deployment, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project requirements.
  • Document technical specifications, architecture designs, and system configurations for future reference and knowledge sharing.



Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience as a Zoho Developer, with a strong understanding of Zoho platforms, including Zoho CRM, Zoho Creator, and Zoho Analytics.
  • Proficiency in Zoho Deluge scripting language and APIs for customization and integration purposes.
  • Experience with Zoho CRM administration, customization, and workflow automation.
  • Knowledge of database management systems, SQL, and data modeling concepts.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies and project management tools (e.g., Jira) is a plus.
  • Zoho certifications (e.g., Zoho Certified Developer) are desirable but not required.
  • Integration experience is mandatory.
