**Job description**
- Establish a clear Target Addressable Market (TAM) and target accounts for House of Custom to engage with potential leads for our Design Lab products.
- Identify Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and business opportunities across the region and establish a network to enable access to target accounts.
- Pitch House of Custom’s design offerings to prospects
- Manage end-to-end Business Development and Sales process including initial engagements, coordinating core teams during the sales process, creating win strategies in competitive bids, negotiating contracts, and managing customer relationships
- Focus on House of Custom’s vision for sustainable and ethical manufacturing and be a spokesperson internally for customer and market needs, and externally to demonstrate value to customers and the industry at large.
- Work with product and technology teams to share real-time customer feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 2-8 years’ experience in B2B global sales from Fashion Industry, Textile Industry.
- A strong consistent well researched approach in the global market.
- A managerial engineered mindset with a demonstrated ability to work independently, innovating creative ways to drive business growth, and a penchant for taking ownership of business outcomes.
- A crazy ambition to succeed way beyond expectations.
- Most important - A belief that House of Custom design lab has the power to change the way things are done and make the world a better place.
- Well versered with Pinterest, Shutterstock, Etsy, Spoonflower and various other design platforms.
- Punctual, good listener, go getter and performance oriented from day 01.

**Salary**: ₹35,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
