Job Responsibilities:
1. Delegate Acquisition: Reaching out to relevant industry experts and inviting them for Summits & Conferences. Following up with the registered delegates before the event and sending them final confirmations. Maintaining database of the collected data event wise. Responsibility of getting nominations from relevant industry for awards and sending timely communications to winners and runner ups about the results and event.

2. Branding
- On Ground: End to end conversation with the event agency pre and post event in terms of branding. Pitching the event requirements and getting the deck approved by the team. Giving content to the designer in terms of event creatives and sending the final file of the creatives to the agency. Managing the console at the day of the event. Taking care of the event brandings on ground.

3. Contracting and Financing: Responsibility of sharing the invoicing and GST details with the venue, agency and other vendors for contracts and invoices. Sharing the contract with the legal team and procurement team for checking Sending the changes to the hotel for revising the contract. Vendor registration of non-registered vendors to be done before processing the payment. Sending the TAX invoice to the respective authority for approval and later sending it to finance with approval post event. Post event, sharing the element sheet of event execution agency to legal for contracting and getting the contract signed by the event agency for payment to be processed. Mail to be sent to audit team before the event for audit check on ground. Team provision sent every month for website maintenance invoice payment and magazine print and circulation.

4. Operations: End to end conversation with the operations team, venue, agency, and vendors regarding the requirements of the event. Communicating all the updates regarding the event to respective vendors and team. Being the team representative between operations and the event team.

5. Magazine Circulation: Updating the magazine address labels and sending to the circulation team for dispatching the magazine. Co-ordination w ith the circulation agency and making sure the magazines are packed and dispatched on time. Making arrangements for booking the courier to dispatch the magazines. Sending the soft data to the courier company once the magazines are dispatched. If any client requires the POD getting it from the courier company and sending it to the client.

6. Marketing and partner deliverables: Co-ordination with the designer regarding the creatives for event marketing. Social media postings of the event creatives Taking care of pre and post event deliverables of the clients in terms of client videos, partner post, advertisements, and relevant materials from the partner. Sending updates to the digital team regarding event website and ensuring the website is updated time to time with the correct information. Co-ordinating with the digital team in terms of new website creation and modifications in the existing website
