Position : - COO

Primary Location : New Delhi Other

Locations: PAN India

Assignment Category : Full-time regular

Experience Level: Upper Level

Education Level : B Tech (Computer Science/Electrical/Electronics) and MBA in Project

Management (preferably)

Travel Required : Extensive Job Description:
A. We are currently looking for a COO to support our Security Solutions Company Reporting to the

CTO.

B. This position manages multiple projects from pre-booking to customer.

C. The Project Manager supervises, directs, and motivates the project team during planning,

estimating, design, installation, start-up, commissioning, turnover and warranty of assigned

projects.

D. This position will ensure customer satisfaction throughout all project phases until completion.

**Responsibilities**:
1. To design multiple project implementation

2. Managing internal operational team including Projects and AMCs

3. Analyses plans, construction contract specifications, and contracts to determine project

requirements.

4. Manages the development of project plans of project activity assuring effective execution by

the Project Team.

5. Coordinate and supervise subcontractors.

6. Utilizes financial and monthly forecasting to manage and contain costs and works with other

team members to monitor, manage and control costs.

7. Prepares or oversees preparation of progress billings, pursues timely payments from the

customer and authorizes payments to material suppliers and subcontractors.

8. Participates in job site final walk thru and manages the completion of all close out

documentation.

9. Monitoring AMCs, tracking compliant, handling escalations, to ensure more AMC business

through customer satisfaction.

10. Reporting to Management on progress of projects and AMCs.

Pre-Qualifications:
- 1. Experiences in Field of Electronics Security i.e., CCTV, ACS, ITMS, PIDS, FDS, AI, etc:
- Minimum 15 Years

2. Strong Techno - Commercial Knowledge of Electronics Security Solutions

3. Experience in Managing Multiple project using limited resources.

4. Excellent interpersonal skills

5. Knowledge of LAN/WAN networking, AutoCAD, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Visio, Microsoft office

and other Project Management and designing software. Shall have enough knowledge of using this

tools in day to day tracking, presentation, and management of projects.

6. Bachelor's Degree in a technical field + MBA in Project Management shall be preferred,

10. The aptitude to understand and interpret contracts drawings and project specifications.

11. Must have strong leadership, listening, verbal and written

**Salary**: ₹150,000.00 - ₹250,000.00 per month

**Experience**:
