**Responsibilities**
- Knowledge about women's products, trends, and markets (cloth, makeup, and accessories) would be plus
- Produce annual operation forecasting report and strategy
- Oversee and evaluate day-to-day operations
- Identify new market opportunities to accelerate growth
- Present operational strategy recommendations
- Create, own, and manage the entire operational process
- Create a roadmap and implement strategies to position the brand among
- Develop, implement, and monitor day-to-day operational systems and processes that provide visibility into goals, progress, and obstacles for key initiatives
- Managing the team of employees and consultants - their work patterns, productivity, and remuneration
- Vendor and product management
- Items availability, listing, order management, and on-time delivery to the customers
- From time to time survey all the vendors and customers about their experience and how could improve ourselves
- Manage all operations by joining the dots between receiving orders to successfully delivering to customers (pre
- & post)
- Responsible for the running of the operations within the agreed budgets/costs

**Qualifications & Skills**
- Have a strong burning desire to work passionately in Pinkswear
- Strong written and verbal and presentation skills
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Putting in the work and 100% efforts
- IT skills including excel, power point, very comfortable with social media
- Must have knowledge of the E-commerce Industry and how it works

**Salary**: ₹120,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
