**Responsibilities**:

- **Pitching Advertising Solutions**: Present Packwingz advertising options to prospects, highlighting the unique benefits and advantages of our platform for their specific needs.
- **Building Relationships**:Develop and maintain strong relationships with advertising agencies and direct clients, understanding their requirements and providing tailored advertising solutions.
- **Negotiation**: Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
- **End-to-End Onboarding**: Manage the entire onboarding process, from initial contact through to implementation, ensuring a seamless transition and exceptional customer experience.
- **Collaboration**:Coordinate with internal teams including marketing, operations, and finance to ensure smooth execution of campaigns and timely delivery of services.
- **Tracking and Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and performance metrics. Generate regular reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- **Customer Support**: Provide ongoing support to clients, addressing any inquiries, concerns, or issues promptly and effectively.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar sales role, preferably in the advertising or marketing industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills, with a track record of achieving sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
