**Job Overview**:
As a Telesales Representative, you will be responsible for actively seeking out and engaging prospective customers through telephone calls. Your primary goal will be to convert leads into sales by promoting and selling products or services while maintaining excellent customer service. You will work closely with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Prospecting and Lead Generation**:

- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Identify and qualify sales opportunities through effective questioning and conversation.
- **Sales Presentation and Product Knowledge**:

- Present and promote products or services to potential customers over the phone.
- Explain product features, benefits, and pricing to persuade customers to make a purchase.
- Address any questions or concerns raised by customers regarding the product or service.
- **Sales Process Management**:

- Manage sales pipeline and follow up on leads in a timely manner.
- Record and maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Handle objections and negotiate sales terms to close deals effectively.
- **Customer Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business and referrals.
- Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and resolve any issues or concerns.
- **Achieving Sales Targets**:

- Meet or exceed weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets and objectives.
- Continuously strive to improve sales performance through self-motivation, training, and feedback.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Telesales Representative or similar sales role.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in sales or marketing is a plus.

**Working Conditions**:

- The Telesales Representative will primarily work in an office environment, making outbound calls from a designated workstation.
- Regular working hours may include evenings or weekends to accommodate different time zones or peak calling periods.
- This position may require sitting for extended periods and using a telephone headset for long durations.

**Salary**: ₹9,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

**Experience**:
