Receptionist/administrator

Job Responsibilities
1.Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.
2.Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office giving instructions
3.Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls
5.Order front office supplies and keep inventory of stock
6.Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
7.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
8.Receive, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
Skills and Qualifications:
1.Solid written and verbal communication skills
2.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
3.Professional attitude and appearance
4.Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise
5.Excellent organizational skills
6.Multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
7.Customer service attitude
8.Additional certification in Office Management is a plus
9. Maintain lost and found and return to the concerned person ( need to take id proof for our safety)
10.Maintain courier when receiving and handover
11.Need to take id proof all visitors
12.Need to keep all records like consumption, printing n all
13. Credit hour's record
14.Business centre booking and keep records
**Salary**: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
