**Industry Preference - NBFC**

** Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and guidelines.**

** Facilitate communication between the Board of Directors and management.**

** Manage statutory records, filings, and documentation for meetings.**

** Coordinate meeting schedules and logístical arrangements.**

** Prepare and file statutory reports and disclosures.**

** Provide guidance on corporate governance matters.**

** Monitor changes in laws and regulations for compliance.**

** Handle the process for appointment and removal of directors.**

** Collaborate with internal stakeholders on governance issues.**

**Skills and Qualifications**:
** Qualified Company Secretary (CS) with ICSI membership.**

** Minimum 7 years of corporate secretarial experience.**

** Strong understanding of corporate governance principles.**

** Proficiency in MS Office and corporate secretarial software.**
