**The Company: Guardian Angel Home Care (GAHC)**, is one among the only 5 accredited Home Healthcare organizations in the country and the only one in Kerala. GAHC is charting its transformation journey and is looking for motivated, self-driven, young and energetic professionals who can lead its Physiotherapy Department.

The Quality Officer will play a critical role in ensuring and maintaining high standards of care delivery, compliance, and quality improvement within our home care services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Quality Assurance: Monitor and evaluate service delivery to ensure it meets regulatory standards, company policies, and best practices.
- Compliance Oversight: Ensure adherence to legal and regulatory requirements in the home care sector.
- Performance Evaluation: Implement and manage quality metrics, conduct audits, and analyze data to assess performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Training and Development: Develop and deliver training programs for staff to maintain and enhance service quality.
- Client Feedback: Collect and analyze feedback from clients and their families to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
- Policy Development: Collaborate with management to create, update, and implement policies and procedures that promote quality care.
- Risk Management: Identify potential risks or issues and develop strategies to mitigate them.
- Continuous Improvement: Lead quality improvement initiatives, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and implement best practices.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular reports on quality metrics, compliance status, and improvement initiatives to management.

**Requirements**:

- Ø Bachelor's degree/diploma in nursing preferably with experience in quality management or a related field.
- Ø Proven experience (5 years) in a quality assurance or similar role within the healthcare or home care industry.
- Ø Strong understanding of healthcare regulations, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Ø Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
- Ø Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ø Ability to lead and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
- Ø Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Ø Certification in quality management or healthcare quality (optional but preferred).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
