**Job Summary**
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Leaves and attendance management on Excel using advanced excel or Bio metrics
2. Coordination with the employees for all their requirements.
3. Calculating attendance through Bio metrics and pulling data from the portal
4.Joining Formalities, Recruitment Coordination and Exit formalities.
5. Maintaining employee database and MIS report generation.
6.Taking care of reimbursement and submit the same during payroll.
7.Taking care of vendor reimbursement and submit bills monthly.
8. Housekeeping management making sure the office and factory premises is spic and span.
9. Security Management of the premises
Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
1) MBA-HR - Experienced.
2) Excellent Communication skills.
3) Good negotiation & Interpersonal skills.
4) Advanced Excel.
