Administrative Support

- **Record Keeping**: Maintain accurate and organized files, both physical and digital.
Office Management
- **Supplies Management**: Monitor and order office supplies, ensuring that the office is adequately stocked.
- **Facility Maintenance**: Liaise with building management for repairs and maintenance issues.
- **Equipment Oversight**: Ensure office equipment is functional and coordinate repairs as needed.
Financial Administration
- **Budget Tracking**: Assist in managing office budgets and expenses, processing invoices and payments.
- **Payroll Support**: Help with payroll processing and record-keeping as needed.
Communication and Coordination
- **Interdepartmental Liaison**: Act as a point of contact between departments, ensuring effective communication.
- **Event Planning**: Organize office events, team-building activities, and meetings.
Data Management
- **Database Maintenance**: Manage and update office databases and records.
- **Reporting**: Prepare reports and presentations for management as needed.
Compliance and Policy Implementation
- **Policy Adherence**: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
- **Confidentiality**: Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
Additional Support
