**Key Responsibilities**
- Build customer relationships as part of the sales process
- Manage and take ownership of the resolution process for all customer related issues
- Inform member of current promotions and new or updated products
- Offer to call the customer at their convenience should they have questions that may be better answered over the phone rather than through live chat.
- Maintain up to date knowledge and assimilates quickly to new promotional offers and programs.
- Provides answers to clients by identifying problems; researching answers; guiding client through corrective steps.
- Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Self-Motivated, Detail-oriented and organized.
- Improves client references by writing and maintaining documentation.
- Excellent Communication (Oral and Written), Interpersonal, Organizational and
- Presentation skills.
- Typing Proficiency: 40-60 wpm.
- Ability to Analyze, Research and solve highly Technical, Unique problems.
- Should be Good accurate records keeping
- Should be Good analytical and problem solving skills
- Up-to-date product-technical knowledge
- Work with and support existing clients to ensure they complete projects within agreed scope, timelines and to requirements
- Improves system performance by identifying problems; recommending changes.
- Support a teamwork approach to delivering the teams annual business plans
- Represent our company, with a comprehensive understanding of our offerings
- Maximize the sales performance by establishing strong relationships and gaining insight to the needs and lifestyle of the client
- Addressing customer complaints and queries of assigned clients
- Upselling or cross-selling products and services and approaching new customers
- Collaborating with account managers and submitting reports to upper management
- Follow up regularly after closing a sale to ensure client satisfaction
- Respond promptly to customer queries and complaints to find solutions and defuse tension
- Send reports on sales activity, accounts status and possible issues
- Generate leads and commit to customer service by building relationships
- Adjust sales techniques based on interactions and results in the field
- Qualify, develop, and maintain thorough company and product knowledge, research consumer needs, and identify how our solutions can meet them
