Accountabilities:


Your responsibilities will include ensuring that BAU demand is delivered, assisting with the delivery of metrics/reporting/dashboards and analytics, liaising with advisory desks to improve content, reviewing the upgrade functionality for LifeCycle Events, Virtual Assistant and Agent Chat, and working with key HR stakeholders to review and adopt latest features.

You will also be responsible for analysing usage data and ensuring maximum adoption of functionality across the HR portfolio of services.

EssentialMust have experience operating in global teams with strong communication and influencing skillsUnderstanding of and experience with ServiceNow HRSDStrong interpersonal skills (written, verbal, presentation).Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Experience fostering continuous improvement.

Experience using enterprise agile planning tools ( Atlassian Jira, AirFocus, Miro etc.)Operationally astute and tenacious, being able to cut through issues to deliver excellent results.

Familiarity of working in an international, multi-time zone support environment.
Technical background and willingness to work agnosticallyStrong decision-making capabilityDesirableServiceNow HCM FundamentalsFormal certification in business analysis practiceLEAN expertise/certification.
