*Key Responsibilities*:
1. *Office Management*
- Supervise and ensure proper maintenance of office facilities, including cleanliness, security, and safety protocols.
- Manage office supplies inventory, order and maintain stock levels to avoid shortages.
- Organize and oversee all aspects of office events, meetings, and conference room bookings.

2. *Administrative Support*:

- Coordinate with HR and other departments to provide administrative assistance, such as onboarding new employees, managing documentation, and employee records.
- Assist in organizing training sessions, workshops, and internal events.
- Prepare and distribute communications, reports, and presentations as required.

3. *Vendor and Facility Management*:

- Liaise with external vendors for office supplies, maintenance, and facility services; negotiate contracts and manage relationships.
- Conduct regular facility inspections to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
- Manage building-related issues, such as repairs and maintenance schedules, ensuring mínimal disruption to operations.

4. *Financial Management*:

- Oversee the administrative budget, track expenses, and report any discrepancies.
- Approve purchase orders, invoices, and maintain accurate records for budgeting and auditing purposes.
- Coordinate with the finance team to manage monthly expenses and adhere to budgetary constraints.

5. *Policy Implementation and Compliance*:

- Implement and enforce company policies, procedures, and guidelines within the administrative department.
- Conduct periodic reviews of administrative processes, recommending improvements and ensuring regulatory compliance.
- Ensure that all company and legal documentation is up-to-date and properly filed.

6. *Team Management and Leadership*:

- Lead, mentor, and manage the administrative team, including assigning tasks, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.
- Train and develop administrative staff to enhance productivity and efficiency.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and service excellence within the admin team.

7. *Technology and Systems Management*:

- Oversee the management of office systems, IT support, and other technology-related resources.
- Coordinate with the IT department for the maintenance and troubleshooting of office equipment (e.g., printers, telecommunication systems).

8. *Health and Safety Compliance*:

- Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Conduct regular fire drills, safety audits, and emergency preparedness programs

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift

**Experience**:
