Job Title: Office Admin & (IT Procurement Incharge)
**Job Type**: Full time
Job Purpose:
We are seeking a reliable Office Administrator for our IT back office (Procurement) to undertake administrative tasks, ensuring adequate support for the rest of the staff to work efficiently.
**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Coordinate & negotiate with IT vendors.
- Supervise admin & IT service staff and divide responsibilities to ensure performance.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial and other data.
- Track stocks of office supplies and place orders when necessary
- Submit timely reports and prepare presentations/proposals as assigned
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary
Requirements and skills:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, IT Procurement or similar role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles
- Knowledge of IT hardware & networking systems will be an added advantage.
Minimum experience -5 Years
Ready to join - Immediate
Salary - 30K to 40K per month plus incentive (as per the experience & skill set)
