JThis is a full-time, on-site role for an **Office Admin.** The Office Admin will be responsible for administrative assistance, office administration, communication, customer service, and accounting tasks. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work closely with team members and management.
**Qualifications**
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in administrative assistance and office administration
- Strong customer service skills
- Basic accounting and bookkeeping knowledge
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- A Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field is preferred
Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial include experience in customer service, administrative assistance, and office administration, as well as a proven track record of time management, collaboration and communication skills, and a strong work ethic.
