**Job Summary**:
As a Sales Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving revenue generation by identifying and converting leads, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Your strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and passion for sales will be key to your success in this position.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Lead Generation**: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through various channels (research, networking, etc.).
- **Sales Calls and Presentations**: Engage with potential clients, understand their needs, and deliver compelling sales presentations.
- **Proposal and Quote Preparation**: Develop customized proposals and quotes that address client requirements and highlight our value proposition.
- **Client Relationship Management**: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to foster repeat business and referrals.
- **Sales Target Achievement**: Consistently meet or exceed assigned sales targets through effective planning and execution.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report sales activities, progress, and outcomes accurately and in a timely manner.
- **Customer Support**: Provide exceptional customer service, address inquiries, and resolve concerns promptly.
- **Market Research**: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.
- **Team Collaboration**: Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure seamless customer experiences and achieve shared goals.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- **Education**: Bachelor's or Master's degree in any field (B.Tech. preferred)
- **Communication**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi
- **Analytical Skills**: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- **Technical Proficiency**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, etc.) and common sales software
- **Self-Motivation**: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines
- **Electronics Knowledge**: Basic understanding of electronics principles (advantageous)

**Salary**: ₹20,000 - ₹30,000 per month (commensurate with experience)

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
