Sales Executive

**Job description**
We are seeking an enthusiastic sales executive to join our dynamic sales team. The key responsibilities of the sales executive encompass lead generation, conducting sales calls, preparing and crafting proposals and quotes, and achieving sales targets.
**Roles & Responsibilities**
- Prepare and draft proposals and quotes.
- Resolve potential client queries and follow-up on call questions.
- Identify, research, and analyze new business opportunities and sales options.
- Complete sales activity reports and presentations promptly.
- Develop relationships with existing customers and maintain regular communication with them.
- Negotiate prices and terms with customers.
- Prepare sales contracts and keep track of sales activities.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Generate leads and reach out to prospects through various channels.
- Handle and resolve client queries and complaints.
- Carry out the sales process using specific sales software.
- Create and maintain customer relationship management data.
- Graduation/Post Graduation in any stream
- Strong communication skills in both English and Hindi
- Comfortable with numbers and adept at problem-solving
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks to achieve goals
- A basic understanding of electronics is advantageous
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
