**Administrative Support**:
- Managing office supplies, including maintaining inventory and placing orders when necessary.
- Scheduling meetings and appointments, and coordinating calendars for staff.
- Preparing and organizing documents, including filing, data entry, and maintaining records.
- **Office Management**:
- Ensuring office cleanliness and overseeing maintenance of office equipment.
- Coordinating with external vendors (catering, office supplies, etc.).
- Assisting with organizing company events, meetings, or training sessions.
- **Customer Service**:
- Greeting and assisting visitors, ensuring a positive and professional image of the company.
- Handling customer inquiries and resolving complaints.
- **Coordination & Communication**:
- Assisting in the preparation of reports, presentations, and data for various departments.
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Managing communication between senior management and employees.
- **Financial and HR Support**:
- Assisting in the processing of invoices, maintaining records of office expenses.
- Supporting HR by assisting in the recruitment process, organizing interviews, and maintaining employee records.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal).
- Ability to work independently and in a team.
- Knowledge of office management systems and procedures.
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
