Education: Under Graduate or Graduate degree in any specification from an accredited institution.
Job Role
As a Ground Staff Executive, your duties will entail:
1. Providing assistance at customer’s location for their distresses when appointed to India Assist (IA) Customers travelling in your region within 10-20 minutes duration of appointment of duty.
2. Being courteous and well behaved towards your appointed customer and deliver complete assistance for their distress as per provided guidelines.
3. Coordinating with the call centre team to get the queries and Ground Staff team to deliver assistance to customer
4. Undergo regular customer service training provided by company.
5. Adhere to company guidelines for services to be provided at all times.
6. Reporting finishing of appointed duty once assistance has been provided to appointed customer.
**Experience**:
1. Freshers
2. Can be from any background, i.e. IT, Hospitality, Travel & Tourism industry etc.
Other Requirements
1. Understanding of company products, services, and policies.
2. Proficiency with mobile phone and apps
3. Able to travel unaccompanied
- Car/ Bike and driving license is necessary
**Skills**:1. Research skills and acumen for finding data/ information.
2. Networking skills or acumen for networking
3. Strong time management and decision making skills.
4. Adaptability and accountability.
5. Fluency in multiple languages may be desired.
6. Good logical and reasoning ability
