Insurance Assistant

1. Knowledge of MS Office is mandatory.
2. Must have preliminary knowledge of ERP System.
3. Able to compile Assets and maintain the records.
4. Able to distinguish Wheel Type Machineries & Vehicles for which RTO Registration is must.
5. Able to Obtain quotes from Insurance Companies for Miscellaneous Category D & CPM Insurance Quotes.
6. Able to get quotes for Group Medi-claim, Personal Accident (PA) and Workmen Compensation (WC).
7. Must be competent for Insurance Quote negotiations.
8. Able to contact Insurance companies (Govt. & Private) to obtain Insurance & their renewal proposals from them well in advance/time to avoid delays.
9. Able to prepare Comparison Sheet (CS) of obtained proposals for submission to Competent Authority for approval.
10. Able to communicate & interact well within related departments and Insurance Companies.
11. Able to maintain strict coordination with P&M department for updates on health of equipment and long break-downs of the assets so that these vehicle’s/equipment’s
RTO & Insurance could be stopped after approval of Management.
12. Must be able to coordinate with RTO person of HO & Insurance companies to register Accidental case Claim Registration and their settlement on time.
13. To generate monthly reports of Insurance expenses & Accidental claims settled, Claim Balance.
14. Insurance Expenses Budget Planning.
