In this role, you'll be instrumental in providing life insurance solutions to individuals and families, helping them secure their loved ones' well-being. Be a part of our mission to bring peace of mind to every home
Qualifications and Experience: Graduate with previous sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with clients.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to work independently and meet targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their insurance needs and providing suitable solutions.
Product Knowledge: Acquire in-depth knowledge of our life insurance products and effectively communicate their benefits to clients.
Sales Generation: Proactively reach out to potential clients, generate leads, and convert them into sales opportunities.
Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to assess clients' financial situations and recommend appropriate coverage options.
Policy Servicing: Assist clients with policy servicing tasks, such as policy changes, claims assistance, and premium payments.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies and procedures
