**Job Title**: Expert - Operational Excellence

**Job Location**: DHL Global Forwarding, Freight (DGFF) GSC, India (Mumbai)

In this role, you will have the opportunity to
- Coordination & Consolidation of data from different functions across GSC
- Create and publish BI (Business Intelligence) dashboards using Qlik Sense BI tool
- Manage central database repository using SQL server as a database tool
- Developing centralized visualization dashboards using advance pivots, slicers or VBA coding

**Key Responsibilities**:
**MIS Reports Delivery**:

- Ensure timely and accurate delivery of MIS Reports as per their reporting frequency
- Tracks change management requests and implements accordingly
- Delegates reporting tasks efficiently to ensure the timely delivery of all reporting activities

**Database Management and BI dashboards Development**:

- Develop new dashboards using Qlik Sense BI tool for internal and external stakeholders
- Manage the centralized performance management database using SQL server
- Develop new dashboards using advance pivots and slicers

**Automation & Analysis**:

- Providing support to create / update the existing automations
- Analysing unstructured data and standardizing unstructured data into standard dashboard
- Analysing data and preparing analytical views using advance pivots or using graphical representation for SDLs or Global Leads

**Required Skills/Abilities**:

- At least 3-5 year(s) of working experience in the related field
- Basic understanding of the logistics business (preferred)
- Service mind set to provide high quality consulting to internal clients / Business Function
- Graduate from a recognised university
- Strong Knowledge of Qlik Sense / Qlik View BI tool
- Strong Knowledge of SQL Server Management Studio (Stored Procedures, Triggers, Functions)
- At least 3 - 5 year(s) of working experience in automation Domain
- Interpersonal skills
- Communication / Negotiation Skills
- Data Management
- Proficiency in MS Office mandatory
- Strong knowledge of Automation development
- Strong Knowledge of Advanced Excel
