**Responsibilities**:
1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and increase market penetration for Fitspire products in the assigned region.

2. Identify and establish partnerships with pharma chains like Apollo, Apna Pharmacy, and MTs like Modern Bazaar, Needs Store, and Krishna Marche to drive product visibility and sales.

3. Cultivate and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at various retail chains, including WHSmith, elite universities, and premium gym chains, to secure shelf space and maximize product exposure.

4. Regularly visit and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs and ensure effective product placement.

5. Conduct product presentations and training sessions for store staff to enhance product knowledge and drive sales.

6. Monitor competitor activities and market trends, providing timely feedback to the management team to develop competitive strategies.

7. Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional activities, such as in-store displays, sampling campaigns, and loyalty programs, to drive product awareness and sales.

8. Track and analyze sales data, prepare reports, and present findings to the management team, providing insights on sales performance and areas for improvement.

9. Monitor inventory levels and collaborate with the supply chain team to ensure product availability and minimize stockouts.

10. Resolve customer queries and complaints in a timely and professional manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

11. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities to identify potential growth areas for the brand.

**Subset for Offline Sales Roles**:
**1. Area Manager**:

- Manage a designated geographic area within the region, overseeing the sales operations, team performance, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and implement sales strategies and goals for the assigned area.
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance and training as needed.
- Monitor and report on sales performance and market trends within the area.
- Collaborate with the regional sales manager to align goals and objectives.

**2. Regional Sales Manager**:

- Oversee sales activities and performance across multiple areas within the assigned region.
- Develop and execute regional sales plans to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide leadership, guidance, and support to the area managers within the region.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare and present regional sales reports and forecasts to the senior management team.

**3. Deputy Manager**:

- Support the area manager in driving sales and achieving targets within a designated area.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies and promotional activities.
- Provide training and support to the sales team, ensuring their effectiveness and productivity.
- Monitor sales data and performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and supply chain, to achieve sales objectives.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in offline sales within the FMCG industry, preferably in the health and nutrition sector.
- Strong network and existing relationships with pharma chains, modern trade stores, retail chains, elite universities, and premium gym chains (preferred).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Self-motivated and target-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
- A valid driver's license and conveyance are essential for all positions.

**Salary**: ₹240,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
