- **Job Summary**:_ _The Export Documentation Specialist will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of import and export documentation, including pre and post-shipment processes. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to coordinate effectively with various stakeholders, including shipping lines, customers, and internal teams._
- **Key Responsibilities**:_
- 1. Prepare, review, and manage all Export documentation, ensuring compliance with international regulations and company policies._
- 2. Handle pre and post-shipment documentation, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and other required documents._
- 3. Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and other logistics partners to ensure timely and accurate shipment of goods._
- 4. Follow up with customers and internal teams to ensure all documentation requirements are met and shipments are processed smoothly._
- 5. Manage and resolve any issues related to export documentation and shipments._
- 6. Maintain accurate records of all export transactions and documentation._
- 7. Stay updated on changes in international trade regulations and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations._
- 8. Assist in the development and implementation of process improvements related to export documentation._
- 9. Market update to all the customer by mail & WhatsApp/skype & other communication Apps._
- 10. Data surfing & data analysis _
- **Qualifications and Skills**:_
- 1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics, or a related field._
- 2. 2 to 5 years of experience in export documentation, import-export coordination, or a related role._
- 3. Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and documentation requirements._
- Excellent organizational and time management skills._
- 4. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in preparing and reviewing documents._
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills._
- 5. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously._
- 6. Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), chat Gpt, smart AI & excel word._
- 7. Experience with shipping line coordination and logistics is a plus._
