**Responsibilities**:
**Lead Generation**: Identify potential leads through market research, online platforms, and other sources, and reach out to them to introduce Pearl Organization's products and services.

**Customer Engagement**: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers through regular communication, providing information, and addressing inquiries promptly.

**Product Knowledge**: Maintain a deep understanding of Pearl Organization's products and services to effectively communicate their value to potential customers.

**Sales Process**: Guide customers through the sales process, from initial contact to closing deals, and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.

**Quota Achievement**: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas, as set by the sales manager.

**Data Management**: Update and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, sales activities, and other relevant data in the company's CRM system.

**Customer Feedback**: Gather and relay customer feedback and insights to the product and marketing teams to help improve products and services.

**Sales Support**: Collaborate with the sales team, providing support with proposals, quotes, and other sales materials.

**Qualifications and Skills**:

- Graduates/Post
- Graduates
- Proven experience in customer service or a related field will be a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations.

**Salary**: ₹13,500.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
