Job Description**Responsibilities**:
- Counselling patients about the services they may need through structured discussions
- Provide awareness and clarity of the services offered by the company to the patients
- Create or increase interest in our service offerings
- Understanding the patient problems and help them throughout the journey
- Be the single point of contact for all patient needs
- Co-ordinate with the partner on billings
- New patients follow up & maintain and follow up daily patients (new and old)
- Liasing with partner hospitals to provide clarity to the patients
- Going above and beyond to ensure patient gets the best care
**Job Requirements**:
- 1 - 3 Years experience in Customer Care or relevant field
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to hold conversation and be process driven
- Healthcare experience will be a bonus
**Skills**:
- Negotiation skills
- Process adherence
**Requirements**:
- This will be a On-Field Job
- Presence of Vehicle in a must
- Language Preference : Kannada is a must
