Â- Ensuring smooth product ionizing of new product and applicable quality standards.
Â- Hands on with production planning and control functions
Â- Understanding and coordinate the production planning functions
Â- Effective Manpower handling through control of absenteeism and grievances.
Â- Ensuring system documentation under TS16949, ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001, and TPM requirement.
Â- Driving improvement projects like Kaizens.
Â- Monthly departmental progress presentation during management review meeting.
