**Detailed Responsibilities**:

- Identifies areas of improvement and propose pragmatic solutions based on her/his proven Program Management experience
- Maintains the GPMO call Action register
- Participates in the GPMO team activities
- Drives and collaborates in the execution of all required changes and upgrades of the Program Management Software (Planisware)
- Drives and executes all the required changes and upgrades of the Program Management Documents and Templates such as:

- TenPLUS procedure
- TenPLUS deliverables definition and description
- TenPLUS Stage Gate Summary
- TenPLUS Booklet
- Program Classification
- Program Risk Assessment
- BOM Tracker
- Action Register Template
- TenPLUS Training
- Planisware Training
- Seeks alignment and acceptance from all functional areas.

**Qualifications**:
Education/ Certification:

- Bachelor’s Degree, Engineering (preferred) with strong capabilities to absorb technical information.
- Proven knowledge of risk management methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Proven knowledge of automotive industry standards, specifically IATF and ISO.
- Proven knowledge of program management methodologies, tools and techniques.
- Experience with organizational behavior, change management, and design preferred.
- Prior experience with a PPM tool (Planisware preferred).
- PMP certification is preferred.

Work Experience:

- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in the automotive industry and 4 years in Program Management
- Experience in at least 2 key functional areas: Program Management, Engineering, Quality, Finance, Operations, and Sales.
- Proven knowledge of APQP process, program management methodology, tools and techniques.
- Participation or leadership in a cross functional team, across different cultures and countries
- Leads, motivates and drives
- Experience with Global Automotive OEMs

Specialized Skills/Knowledge:

- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Execution and quality focus.
- Fluent in English.
- Advanced user of MS Office, MS Project
- Knowledge on Sharepoint, Power BI and Visio Software.
- Ability to Travel
