Job Description - HR & Admin Executive [OFF Roll]

As an Executive, support the HR function in the provision of high quality and professional HR Service through the effective administration, Statutory Compliance, Training & Development and by providing a recruitment and advisory service to Manager & Employees.

What Needs To Be Done?

Time Office & Payroll
- Maintaining daily, weekly or monthly time sheets, o Maintaining leave balance and weekly OT Report o Contract Employees movement.
- Enter New Employees data in LMS Portal and in attendance system

Administration
- Oversee smooth functioning of all administration related task such as security, pantry, Courier service and overall maintenance of the Office
- Ensure proper documentation of all contract, warranties, bills etc. with respect to administration services.
- Monitor and review administration budgets on a regular basis.
- Order office supplies
- Book travel and hotel arrangements

Statutory Compliance
- Ensure adherence to all statutory compliances at the office and suggest corrective actions when required
- Maintain statutory register and records for easy reference

Training and Development
- Preparing training calendar in coordination with all function head.
- Maintain up-to-date training record.
- Arrange training attendance for in-house & External programs
- Make all necessary administrative arrangements for the running in-house training course
- Taking care new employee induction as per the SOP

Talent Acquisition
- Interview coordinate & Make necessary arrangements for interview
- Make necessary arrangements for the recruitment of temporary staff as requested by functional heads
- Prepare and implement an interview schedule to ensure that job descriptions are completed by agreed deadlines.

What Do You Need To Bring?
- Graduate / Post Graduate in Human Resources Management / MSW in Personnel Management & Industrial Relations / MBA in Human Resources.
- Hands on Human Resources experience from Manufacturing Industry preferably from reputed Multinational
- Companies
- Fluent in Tamil and English
- Excellent Communication Skills and the ability to lead through the Complex changes.
- Ability to manage complex and diverse set of stakeholders
