**UK Backend Recruiter**

**Duties**:

- Analyze job specifications and conduct thorough research on duties, requirements, and unfamiliar terms using various resources.
- Determine market salary ranges and provide valuable insights for the role.
- Develop effective Boolean search strings and deploy them on various job boards, including LinkedIn.
- Curate a satisfactory batch of CVs and forward them to recruiters for further evaluation.
- Review more than 100 CVs if required, ensuring adherence to specified criteria and quality standards.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience as a Recruiter
- Capability to review and analyze large volumes of CVs, exceeding 1000 if necessary, while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to dedicate the entire workday to research, with flexibility to delay breaks if necessary.
- Passion for reading and continuous learning, preferably with a Master's degree.
- Strong work ethic and willingness to work hard.
- Genuine interest in understanding people and their motivations.
