- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their specific staffing needs and create detailed job descriptions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process.
- Build and maintain a strong network of IT professionals to support ongoing and future recruitment needs.
**Salary**: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month

- Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Recruiting: 1 year (preferred)
- iRecruitment: 1 year (preferred)
