**Job brief**:
The Customer Success Team at Omnify helps our existing customers realize the value of our product. Our team deeply understands our customers’ business, becomes their trusted advisors, and helps them drive successful outcomes. This internship is an excellent opportunity to understand a new and fast-growing area of SAAS products and support clients on their exciting journeys.
**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Work with the internal team to help support the community of customers.
Support customers on the platform to help ensure their needs are met.
Research on how to further improve customer success or satisfaction.
Learn more about competitors and analyze how to integrate new processes into the current.
Attend and observe client meetings.
Help with brainstorming sessions.
Provide assistance to the team by helping in drafting presentations or materials.
