Bachelors in Commerce or Secretarial Practice or any relevant stream
- Minimum 3 years experience as Executive/Personal Secretary in a corporate environment
- Proficiency in computers
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Fluency in Kannada language is a must

**Roles and Responsibilities**
- Maintain executive’s agenda and assist in planning appointments, board meetings, conferences etc.
- Attend meetings and keep minutes
- Receive and screen phone calls and redirect them when appropriate
- Make travel arrangements for reporting authority
- Handle confidential documents ensuring they remain secure
- Maintain electronic and paper records ensuring information is organized and easily accessible
- Conduct research and prepare presentations or reports as assigned

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
