**Key Responsibilities**:
- Greet visitors, handle calls, and manage front desk operations professionally.
- Schedule appointments, coordinate meetings, and assist with travel arrangements.
- Maintain office supplies, oversee vendor coordination, and support office upkeep.
- Assist in record-keeping, data entry, filing, and maintaining office databases.
- Prepare reports, draft official letters, and support executives with administrative tasks.
- Coordinate office activities, event planning, and internal communication between departments.
- Ensure smooth day-to-day operations by managing office logistics and administrative support.
**Requirements**:
- Prior experience as a receptionist, office secretary, or administrative assistant preferred.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and office management tools.
- Professional demeanor with a customer-focused attitude.
**A CV/resume with a recent photograph is a must.**
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
