Telemarketer - Digital Products Sales

**Key Responsibilities**:
- **Outbound Sales Calls**: Make outbound calls to leads, prospects, and existing customers to promote and sell digital products such as software, apps, online subscriptions, e-learning packages, digital marketing services, etc.
- **Product Knowledge**: Maintain in-depth knowledge of the company’s digital products, pricing, features, and benefits in order to effectively communicate their value proposition to potential customers.
- **Lead Qualification**: Qualify leads based on their needs, interest, and budget, ensuring a higher conversion rate by identifying the best-fit prospects.
- **Sales Targets**: Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through effective telesales techniques and strategies. Consistently drive revenue growth.
- **Customer Engagement**: Build rapport with customers, understand their pain points, and offer tailored solutions that meet their requirements. Address inquiries, handle objections, and resolve issues promptly.
- **CRM Management**: Accurately record and update customer information, interactions, and sales progress in CRM systems. Maintain an organized pipeline of prospects and follow up on leads.
- **Sales Reporting**: Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly sales activities, providing feedback and insights to the sales manager on strategies, challenges, and opportunities.
- **Upselling and Cross-selling**: Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional digital products and services based on customer needs and preferences.
- **Customer Retention**: Follow up with existing customers to ensure satisfaction, renewals, and the identification of opportunities for long-term partnerships.
- **Continuous Learning**: Stay updated with the latest industry trends, product developments, and competitor activities to remain competitive in the market.
**Qualifications**:
- **Experience**: Minimum 2-3 years of experience in telesales or telemarketing, preferably in the digital products, software, SaaS, or e-commerce sector.
- **Proven Track Record**: Strong sales experience with a history of meeting or exceeding sales targets, preferably in selling digital goods or services.
- **Communication Skills**: Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills. Ability to speak clearly, persuasively, and confidently over the phone.
- **Customer-Centric Mindset**: Ability to actively listen to customer needs and present solutions that match their requirements. Focus on customer satisfaction and relationship-building.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Comfortable with using CRM software, communication tools, and other digital platforms. Familiarity with digital sales and marketing techniques is a plus.
- **Goal-Oriented**: Results-driven, with a passion for sales and a strong desire to exceed targets.
- **Problem-Solving**: Ability to handle objections, overcome challenges, and think creatively to close sales.
- **Education**: High school diploma or equivalent required. A degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
**Preferred Skills**:
- Previous experience in selling software, apps, digital subscriptions, or online services.
- Knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, or other tech-driven products/services is an advantage.
- Experience with CRM tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, or Zoho.
