Telemarketing Specialist

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound cold calls to potential clients to generate leads and set appointments.
- Effectively communicate the value propositions of our products and services to prospective customers.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline of opportunities through consistent follow-up and engagement.
- Achieve and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing client inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategies for reaching sales goals.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in cold calling, telemarketing, or a related sales role.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
- Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Availability to work part-time hours, with flexibility to accommodate different time zones.
