**Job Description**:
As the Chief Marketing Officer at Lifetime Health, you will be responsible for developing and executing the company's marketing strategy to drive growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement. You will lead a talented team of marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align marketing efforts with business objectives. The CMO will play a pivotal role in shaping the company's brand identity, positioning, and market presence while continuously innovating to stay ahead of industry trends.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth, with a focus on digital/performance marketing.
- Define and execute brand positioning, messaging, and creative direction to ensure consistency and resonance with target audiences.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitive landscapes, and opportunities for differentiation.
- Collaborate with product development, sales, and operations teams to align marketing efforts with product launches, promotions, and initiatives.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and initiatives, and regularly report on performance to senior leadership.
- Manage marketing budgets, allocate resources effectively, and optimize spending to maximize ROI, including working with local agencies where necessary.
- Cultivate strategic partnerships and alliances to expand the company's reach and enhance brand visibility.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, and trends in marketing and healthcare to drive innovation and competitive advantage.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and continuous learning.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role, preferably in the healthcare or related industry.
- Experience in digital/performance marketing, working with local agencies, in healthcare or delivery startups.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable results and business impact.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing plans and initiatives.
- Demonstrated leadership skills with experience leading and motivating teams to achieve goals and objectives.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation, creativity, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and effectively manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
