We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Customer Support and Relationship Manager to join our team. In this entry-level position, you will be the primary point of contact for our premium users, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations exceeded. Your role will involve understanding their requirements, finding suitable leads, and providing personalized solutions.

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Customer Support**:Address and resolve inquiries from premium users, ensuring prompt and effective communication.

**Relationship Management**: Build and maintain strong relationships with premium users, understanding their needs and preferences.

**Lead Generation**: Identify and source potential leads that match the requirements of our premium users.

**Requirement Fulfillment**: Work closely with internal teams and external partners to fulfill user requirements, ensuring a seamless experience.

**Communication**: Provide clear, concise, and professional communication with users, both in written and verbal forms.

**Feedback Collection**: Gather and relay feedback from users to help improve services and user satisfaction.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field.

**Experience**:Prior customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

**Skills**:

- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.

**Personality**: A proactive, positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
