Apna, India’s largest professional networking platform for the working class, is seeking a Sales Trainer - Enterprise Sales to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting training programs for our sales team, enabling them to achieve their monthly sales targets and drive growth for the organization. As a Sales Trainer, you will be working closely with the sales leaders to identify skill gaps and devise training programs to address them. Apna has raised $90+ million from esteemed investors like Insight Partners, Tiger Global, and Sequoia Capital, and our platform has over 10 million users and 100,000 employers across 14 cities in India.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct training programs for our sales team to improve their sales skills and knowledge of our products and services.
- Develop training materials, including presentations, sales scripts, and case studies.
- Conduct role-playing and sales simulations.
- Collaborate with sales leaders to identify skill gaps and devise tailored training programs.
- Manage and organize training programs, including scheduling and logistics.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback to sales leaders.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure that our sales team is well-informed about new products, services, and initiatives.
- Ensure that our sales team adheres to our policies and regulations.
- Track sales performance and provide feedback.
- Stay updated with industry and sales trends.

**Requirements**:

- 3+ years of experience in sales training in the enterprise sales domain.
- HRTech background would be preferred.
- Understanding of the latest sales techniques and trends.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Excellent organization and time management skills.
- Familiarity with learning management systems and e-learning platforms.
- Ability to work collaboratively with sales leaders and other departments across the organization.
