**Position Overview**:

**Process Optimization**: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance operational efficiency.

**Documentation and Compliance**: Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of operational processes, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and internal policies.

**Communication and Coordination**: Serve as a liaison between different departments, facilitating effective communication to ensure seamless collaboration and a unified approach to achieving operational goals.

**Customer Support**: Provide support in handling customer inquiries and concerns related to operational processes, ensuring a positive customer experience.

**Quality Assurance**: Conduct regular audits and quality checks to ensure data accuracy and compliance with established standards.

**Reporting and Analysis**: Generate and analyze operational reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for continuous improvement.

**Qualifications**:
Bachelor's degree.

Proven experience in operations.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to facilitate collaboration across teams.

Knowledge of regulatory requirements in the financial services sector.

Proficiency in using relevant software and tools, including but not limited to CRM systems and Google Suite.
