**Responsibilities**:
The Product Delivery role will be focused on responsibilities within the Bare Metal Infrastructure (BMI) product of Base Compute Product Line. BMI is a product that provides direct access to physical compute resources of a server for critical workloads that are not supported in Virtual environments. Key responsibilities include:

- Identify and remove impediments impacting the team's ability to deliver
- Participate in retrospectives and drive continuous improvement outcomes across all phases of the Agile delivery lifecycle
- Ensure all enhancement and defect feedback is appropriately prioritized and integrated into the overall product backlog
- Develop project plans and drive completion of business and technical tasks for onboarding new use cases for BMI product
- Implement and continuously improve feedback processes between LOB partners and the CEVM product team
- Management and tracking of cross product dependencies
- Management and tracking of all product deliverables
- Develop and maintain relationships with delivery partners, including members in the Supply Chain, Data Center and Build Teams
- Provide proactive visibility and communicate delivery targets, commitments and progress

**Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience working in product and/or program management roles to deliver infrastructure products
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) certification
- Experience developing project plans covering cross-functional teams (product, technology, operations, legal/risk/compliance, etc.)
- Experience driving delivery in a large-scale organization across multiple stakeholders and multiple scrum-teams with complex dependency management
- Experience delivering problem statements, user personas, process documentation, use cases/high-level requirements and supporting user experience design/prototyping
- Agile delivery experience (preferably with strong knowledge of JIRA, JQL and Confluence)
- Adept at influencing peers with diverse points of view and building consensus
- Structured thinker and effective communicator with excellent written communication skills
- Highly self-motivated with ability to remain composed under pressure and excel during periods of ambiguity
- University degree, or specialized training or equivalent work experience
