We are looking for an experienced professional under the designation of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), who will provide strategic leadership, operational oversight, and management for a high-rise residential project currently under construction. He will ensure the project is completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality and safety standards. This role requires a visionary leader with a strong background in real estate development, construction management, and team leadership.
**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Strategic Leadership**:
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for the project in alignment with the company's goals and objectives.
- Provide leadership and direction to all project teams and stakeholders.
2. **Project Management**:
- Oversee all phases of the construction project from inception to completion.
- Ensure that project milestones and goals are met on time and within budget.
- Implement effective risk management strategies to identify and mitigate potential issues.
3. **Financial Management**:
- Develop and manage the project budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources.
- Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports to the Board of Directors.
4. **Team Leadership**:
- Build and lead a high-performing project team, including hiring, training, and performance management.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment.
5. **Stakeholder Engagement**:
- Act as the primary point of contact for all stakeholders - Board of Directors, Customers, Contractors, etc.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all parties involved in the project.
- Coordinating with the Architect for the project.
6. **Quality and Compliance**:
- Approvals & Compliance with Noida Authority
- Ensure that all construction activities comply with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Implement robust quality control and assurance processes.
- Promote a culture of safety and sustainability throughout the project.
7. **Reporting and Documentation**:
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports to the Board of Directors.
To Ensure transparency and accountability in all project activities
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Real Estate Development, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is preferred.
- Minimum of 20-25 years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or a related industry, with at least 15 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale construction projects, particularly high-rise residential developments.
- Strong financial acumen and experience with budget management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to navigate complex regulatory environments and manage stakeholder relationships.
