A Real Estate Sales Intern is a crucial member of a real estate brokerage firm or agency. A Sales intern is the eyes and ears in the market, and their primary responsibility involves supporting the sales team to achieve their goals and drive revenue growth. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain valuable real-world experience in sales, customer relationship management, and business development. You will work closely with the sales representatives and managers to understand the sales process and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Client Relations**: Understand customer needs and requirements for further development and closure.
**- Promote properties** through various channels, including social media, websites, and networking events.
**- Research on Market Analysis**: Research on the real estate market trends, property values, and local economic factors.
**- Professional Development**: Stay informed about changes in real estate regulations, laws, and industry best practices.
**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- A Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Knowledge of local real estate market trends and regulations.
- Curious to learn about the Real Estate industry.

**Job Type**: Internship
Contract length: 3 months

**Salary**: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month

Day range:

- Monday to Friday
