**Job Overview**:
Our innovative and growing company is looking for vendor/supplier registration administrator. Responsible for Onboarding of supplier and subcontractor into McDermott’s Supplier Portal. Supports the day-to-day activities for the vendor management program. Act as focal point for coordination of Vendor, Contracts & Contractor Resource Management throughout the Business Line.

**Key Tasks and Responsibilities**:

- Onboarding of supplier and subcontractor registration on McDermott’s Supplier Portal
- Invitation to Supplier/Subcontractor for registration
- Supplier Pre-Qualification
- Supplier Identity Management
- Supplier banking setup
- Supplier & Subcontractor Qualification
- Supplier Advisories and Supplier Performance Evaluation
- Review vendor registration documentation (Pre-Qualification) to ensure all required forms are complete and accurate
- Supports the day-to-day activities for the vendor management program
- Serve as the POC with end users and vendors
- Organize and facilitates training for requestors of different business line
- Coordination and Collaboration with Cross functional disciplines for efficient operations
- Coordinate with IT to assist suppliers with system login issues
- Coordinate with AP/Finance team to get the banking setup process completed
- Conduct screening of prohibited suppliers and check their financial viability

**Essential Qualifications and Education**:

- Experience -3-5 years of experience in similar profile
- Graduate & Above
- In-depth knowledge of MS Office tools
- A team player who is willing and ready to help this developing team as needed
- Good Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Experience on similar position will be an advantage, but it is not a must - ultimately, it’s your desire to learn, problem-solving, “can-do” attitude
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP system will be an added advantage
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work within tight deadlines
- Strong quantitative, analytical, problem solving, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills required

**Preferred Qualifications and Education**:

- Experience working with all key departments (security, compliance, finance, tax, AP, legal and procurement), and knowledge of procurement and vendor management practices
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and work within tight deadlines
