Are you someone who is highly passionate about building the team and culture? If so then you are someone we are looking for, a passionate and energetic People associate apprentice who would be responsible for the people’s team, attracting, and hiring the right talent, evangelizing the brand, and ensuring the entire team is motivated. This would be a full-time apprenticeship, you would absorb the functional domain skills, business and market domain knowledge and above all nbyula’s core organizational values, through an immersive, learn-via-building apprenticeship. We would be ecstatic to make you a full-time *terraformer if you continue leveling up throughout your apprenticeship

**Roles, Responsibilities & Expectations**
- Plan, organize, and manage multiple calendars.
- Manage and organize the employee data and recruitment-related dashboards
- Plan and execute team engagement activities
- Driving campus recruitment
**Skills & Personality Attributes**
- Effective communication skills
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with the Google suite
- High-energy and passion
- Prior recruitment experience working in the software sector is preferred
- Strong ownership, drive, and the experience of working independently in unstructured environments
- Ability to work closely with cross-functional teams within tight timelines to execute decisions
