**Who We're Looking For**

As a Key Accounts Specialist at RedOrange, you will play a pivotal role in nurturing and expanding our key client relationships. Your strategic approach to account management will drive revenue growth and solidify our position as an industry leader. Leveraging your expertise, you will develop tailored solutions that address our clients' evolving needs while maximizing mutual success.

**Responsibilities**

As a member of our esteemed team, you will:

- Strategize and Execute: Develop and implement strategies to optimize key account performance, driving revenue growth and profitability.
- Relationship Cultivation: Foster strong, collaborative relationships with key clients, serving as their trusted advisor and advocate within our organization.
- Solution Development: Collaborate with internal teams to develop innovative solutions that address key client challenges and opportunities.
- Scope and Strategize: Take charge of responding to RFQs, utilizing your expertise to outline proposals that are both competitive and compelling.
- Dynamic Team Contribution: Be an integral part of our dynamic team. Your involvement is key to fostering our growth and ensuring the delight of our clients.

**Qualifications**

Required:

- Proven track record in key account management or related field.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Familiarity with government contracting and procurement processes.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.

Preferred:

- Certification in key account management or related field.
- Experience in government contract bidding.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Knowledge of procurement of materials

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
